Food With Passion

The food at Alegria BF is sourced whenever possible organic and is full of nutrients to energise you. ‘You are what you eat’, Claudia is passionate about healthy food and cooking and is able to cater for gluten & wheat free dietary requests or any allergy related diets.

Breakfast

Start your day with an special breakfast in your room or on your terrace.
Breakfast provision includes seasonal fruit (from the garden or local market), home-baked, German bread and European-style sweet and savoury delicacies. Not to forget coffee and tea varieties!

Alegria Platter

Certain Package Stays include a dinner platter. This exists out of different delicatessen of Claudia’s kitchen. Base are usually seasonal ingredients, as good as possible organically and/or locally sourced. A feast for Eyes and taste buds. A bottle of local Matakana red wine is included.
